1. Identity (ID) Proof-Aadhar would be preferred as verification is easily done
2. Mobile number and email address
3. Photo and digital signature

Documents to be preserved after filling the NEET application

1. Proof of payment of application fee
2. Confirmation page generated after submission of NEET 2018 Application Form  
3. Copy of system generated self-declaration (for candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J&K who wish to appear for All India Quota)
4. Admit Card of NEET 2018
5. Registration Number

Hi,

Candidates will need following documents or details while filling NEET application form:

(1) Aadhar Card Number (for Indian candidates except those domiciled in Assam, Meghalaya and J&K) and Passport Number (For NRI/OCI candidates)

(2) A valid Mobile number and Email Id.

(3) Details from Class 10 and 12 certificate and marksheet.

(4) Details of Net banking/UPI or Credit/Debit card or e-wallet for making online payment of NEET application fee.

(5) Scanned digital copy of a recent passport size photograph and signature in the following dimensions:

Photograph Size: 10kb to 100kb, Format: JPG;

 Signature Size: 3kb to 20kb, Format: JPG
