Yes cse with specialization in data science is a good career option . As you know that data science is becoming popular these days and also there are a lot of job opportunities in data science.
Yes you can pursue MS in machine learning or Artificial Intelligence. An MS will give insights into this field and new techniques and algorithms to solve a problem.
