Hi, 

The qualifying marks to get into a government dental college isnt that low as compared to that of mbbs. 

A score of 510-520 could get you a governmwnt dental seat through AIQ.

However in states this mark might go a lil low depending on the state domicile you hold. 

But anywhere try for a score of above 500 so as to stand a chance.

Having said this nothing can be absolutely guarenteed since these are assumptions based on last years cutoffs. And cutoffs tend to vary every year.

So lets hope for the best.
