Hello hariharan,
If you have not cleared Jee Advanced that means you are not eligible to apply for jee advanced counselling.
And you score good marks in jee mains.. there are possibilities that you can get addmissons in GIFT, NITs, and IIITs who accept jee mains marks..

You have good chances to get IIIT or GFTI's or even some NIT's. I would request you to compare your rank with previous year stats available on Career 360 website or throughout internet.
