There is no qualifying percentile for any exam. Percentile is the number of students out of 100 you have outperformed. Qualifying percentile for any exam will be the percentage of students who didn't qualiffy the exam. There is no exact cutoff for JEE Advanced. The eligibility of admission is on the basis of the rank you are getting in JEE Advanced.
