If you are asking about the participation fees then,
The participation Fee (Rs 46,000 for OP & OBC and Rs 21,000 for SC, ST, PwD) will be refunded after deducting the processing fee of Rs 1000, if no seat is allotted to the candidate.
There will be no refund if the candidate is allotted a seat in the Special Round.

You can seek refund of seat acceptance fee through the online portal of JoSAA.

It will not be automatically refunded. You will have to apply for it online on the official site then you will get it back.

In this link when i open they show a message ( candidates didn't pay initial fee)...... I think this is old link...
