Hi

Yes, all sets of question papers have the same questions.
The only difference is the sequence in which questions are arranged in the question paper.

For example,
let's say there are four sets of question papers i.e sets P,Q,R and S . The question number 1of set P can be question number 15 of set Q, question number 7 of set R and
question number 30 of set S .
That means , the same questions are at different different position ( question number) in different sets.
Thus, different sets of question paper just differs in the way questions are arranged but question remains the same, this is done to avoid malpractices or cheating.
