The COLLEGE is good but not one of the top most one.you can get a good medical education.

If the private college is MCI Approved then it's good enough for you, granted that you can manage the fee.

You get a MCI stamped MBBS degree at the end of your successful course completion irrespective of your college, be it KGMU or SRM or RAMA.

Private colleges need not necessarily mean bad colleges, they are simply looked down upon as an option because of their high fee amount.

Some private colleges like Manipal are probably better options for a student than most government colleges if it was not for their high fee amount.
