Manipal is far better than Ramaiah uni of applied science. 

Ramaiah also has a good placement record, but in terms of numbers. Many top core companies do not even visit the campus. And if they do, there are slim chances of students getting selected.

Manipal university offers pretty good placements. Choosing a college depends on whether you can afford it or not as Manipal has become inexplicably expensive. If you can afford manipal then you should definitely go for it.
