From the source where you found out the mistake there would be a mail address. You can use it to mail the concerned person and inform regarding the mistake.

Else there will be a feedback mail written you can use it. Every thing has a feedback system so you can use to inform about any mistake you find out. Before doing that verify what you know is accurate.
