you may have been given an UR seat because it was the best available option or there may be some problem or mistake, if you have all the proof then you can go and ask for solving your issue at whichever university you have taken admission. They'll help you out.

If your certificate is orginal then contact concerned authority regarding this.There would be mistake during file attachment by their side.So go and contact to sort out this problem if you are willing to do.. Otherwise contact by toll-free number if there is..
