At 82 percentile in JEE Mains your marks would be around 50.

At 50 marks your OBC category rank comes out be AIR 54006 - 66156. Your CRL rank will be around AIR 175054 - 207204.

At this much OBC category it is hard to get into NITs, but you may get lower cutoff branches or you can also go for private or state level engineering colleges, as you will get a good branch there.
