According to the rank you have mentioned in the question ur is not clear that you have mentioned your category rank or CRL rank if it is Category rank then you can get top NITs like NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Jaipur as per previous year's cut-offs which you can check from the link given below :-

But if ur is CRL rank then you cannot get NITs. Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
