Hello,

If you are doing B.Com from any top college then you will surely get placement but having a bachelor's degree won't help you in future and wherever you will work, you will have to get degrees further to sustain in long run. So getting a master's degree is a good option if you want to secure more and better jobs in future. I would suggest you to get placement and work for few years and then go for MBA and if not MBA then any other course of your choice if interest develops for something else in future. If you are not highly interested in MBA at the moment then it is better to not do it and think about it after few years.

I hope this helps.
