I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, dear you can apply for Deemed Universities in the 2nd round even though you had chosen AIQ in the 1st round. The reset initialization option is available at the registration page to change the quota choice (AIQ/Deemed, etc). And you also should pay the security amount of 2,00,000 for participating in Deemed Universities counseling.
