Hope you are doing well . It would have been kind of you if you could clarify your question a bit . But according to what I interpret you are asking about the time the NEET UG counselling will commence .

NEET counselling is generally held after the NEET exams are held and results are announced showing the marks and AIR.Firstly ,the All India Counselling is held and then the state counsellings round wise . At the time of counselling , initially registration of the candidates who appeared for NEET is conducted and then the other procedures .

See ,the NEET UG 2021 All India counselling was expected to begin soon but a case was heard in our honourable Supreme Court yesterday regarding the 27% OBC and 10% EWS reservation.  The centre has asked for 4 weeks to revise the criteria of Rs. 8 lakh for EWS category . Now ,further hearing  will be done on 6th Jan . Till then counselling has been deferred.

In some states the official counselling authorities have initiated their counselling processes and released the state merit lists though.

So it is advised for you to wait patiently for the respective All India and your state counselling to begin.
