Kushagra the application for registration for doing B.Tech from LNMIT has been opened now. You can do the registration with the link given below:

The deadline of registration has not been announced yet but is expected to be in the third week of June so it's up to you when you want to do registration whether before JEE Mains exam or after it. I will recommend you to right now focus on your JEE Mains exam and then you can do this registration thing later.
