There are lots of college are available in these price and lots of private and governments colleges are available those are provided MBA courses with less then 3 LACS but as per your query im sorry to say that there is no college available those are   provided admission without entrance exam .

For taking admission in any college you must appear some of entrance exam like CAT and some state board exam and special entrance exam provided by colleges ,so you must appear entrance exam for taking admission in MBA.
