1. 10&12 admit car
2. 10&12 marksheet
3. Neet admit card
4. Neet marksheet
5. Adhar card
6. Passport size photo
7. Reservation certificate if any
8. Ews certificate if any
9. Domicile certificate if any
10. Photo copy of all the above 2
