- Birth certificate
- Migration certificate(assigned by school)
- Domicile certificate
- Gap certificate (if any)
- Income certificate
- Category certificate( for SC, ST, OBC)
- NEET admit card
- 10th and 12th class report card
- Aadhar card (photocopy+original)
- Allotment letter
- Passport size photographs
- Character certificate (assigned by school)
