Keam has OBH category which stands for Other Backward Hindus. I think this is for other backward castes popularly known as OBC if you want to know about why they write BH category it may be for Hindus backward castes because there is also one more category called Other Backward Christian (BX) I don't know who are come under other backward Christian community.
