Yes, the reservations in any state are on the basis of caste whether it be Bihar. The category is divided into different sections like General, OBC (other backward caste), SC, ST. But therr is also a criteria for OBC category that if the student is under creamy layer or non-creamy layer. If your annual is above 5lakh then you will be considered under general category.
