Respd Sir, Actually I missed to ask you that my son born in 2001 at Tirupathi (A.P) and he obtained Birth certi. and Community certi. at Tirupati Urban, Thalisdhar (AP). But we are living in Chennai,T.N since 2000. He studied from Pre-kg to 12th STD. ICSE, Doveton School,Vepery. Is it sufficient.

Hi aspirant,

for birth certificate it is mandatory to be duly signed by competent authority or from governmental bodies. So in your case you had obtained it from government body, so it will work as a birth certificate. It has no connection with your current palce or permanent place.
