Chances are low for top colleges however you can get CS And EXTC in following colleges in Munbai :

Dilkap research institute of engineering and management studies
New horizon institute of technology

You can get otherbrnaches Like IT and Electronic engineering at following colleges :

Atharva college of engineering
RGIT
Kj Somaiya Sion
Vartak
Rizvi College of Engineering.
