Yes, you should get the your father name rectified in other documents as you might face problem in the long run. Make sure that you get correct name of your father which should be same for all the documents. Also, you should check if your father name is same as that in his Aadhar card. You might not face problem in short run, but there is a chance of rejection of your documents due to discrepancy in father's name.

I would advice you to get it corrected as there are few documents that are very necessary and so the name and other details should be same. So, I would recommend you to get the name corrected in your other documents as getting the name changed in board marksheets is a quite lengthy and time consuming process.
