Dear Aspirant,
Chances are close to zero for you to get any IIIT/NIT. You might get some lower branch in NITs like NIT Uttarakhand, Puducherry, etc that too if those NITs are your home state NITs. Otherwise, you will not be able to get any NIT/IIIT. You have to have your OBC rank under 15000 to get NITs/IIITs all across the country.
However, if this was your first attempt then I suggest you must take a drop and prepare again for the exam. You could join coaching if your family can afford. Try to get your general rank under 80k and OBC rank under 10K to get a good college with a branch of your preference.
Hope this helps.

Most probably, no. Keep looking for other colleges accepting jee main score. This score may be a bit too low. But since you have an OBC rank, i would still tell you to try for north eastern colleges. Nit sikkim , nit mizoram, nit arunachal pradesh or such. You may get into the waitlist.
All the best.
