Hi subrat ,

For the Gandhi ,you should have qualifying percentage of atleast40% for obc.

For more doubts you can comment below .

Then cut off for Gandhi by last year 201-213.

Actually I have problem regarding my certificate of physical handicap whether it is valid or not as per the obc-physical handicap category.... it's my humble request to clearify my doubt of this.... provide me the details fully....
