In response to your answer I would like to tell you about the course and the fee:

The course is BTech which is a 4 year course and the branches which KL University offers are :

Computer science ,Electronics and communication and Mechanical engineering.

The fee for Electronics and communication and Mechanical engineering is 112500 per semester where as the fee for Computer science is 125000 per semester where as if we talk about the fee concession then the concession is only given to the top 100 rankers and as mentioned your rank is 1783, I don't think you will have that fee concession.
