You can apply to any job for the post of teacher to gain experience also you will need higher studies i.e masters degree and also PhD is you wish to.
The higher qualification lead to higher post in job and a higher salary.
So the next step should be MA or MEd depending on your choice, interest, and subject you wish to excel. after your Masters degree you can apply for govt job as well as private universities for the post for professor and then if you want you can go for PhD for else continue with your job and as your experience will grow you will be promoted and your pay will be increased depending on the level of experience you have.
