So the choice should be based of where you are comfortable to spend your next 5.5 years. Both places are good and well established which is a add on. During this tenure self study is the key to earn the degree, SNMC should be chosen as they offer a remarkable PG degree program as well. The labs, faculty all the things are favourable in SNMC. Choose accordingly.
