You should prefer SNMC Jodhpur over RUHS because SNMC is older than RUHS thus experienced faculty will be more in SNMC. As you know experience is the priority in clinical professions so you should choose SNMC because it will also offer you better clinical exposure which will ultimately you for your future aspects.

I will also advise you that you should conduct a research about both the colleges by yourself and then decide which will be the best for you.

This is going to be a tough call, both are highly similar in their accreditation, ratings and other factors.

However, RUHS has a better infrastructure and SMC has more courses.

Moreover, you have specifically asked to focus on academic factors so I guess SNMC edges out.
