I'm assuming that you are asking about RUHS B.Sc nursing course, that is, by Rajasthan University of Health Sciences. 

In 2017, the counselling happened around November starting from 11 November to be specific. This year the official dates haven't released yet. The tentative dates are obviously of November. 

I'd advice you to follow and check regularly the official website of Rajasthan University of Health Sciences so that you don't miss any updates.
