Both are equal in terms of placements and education.If you are in a city like Vijayawada,it will help you in many ways for taking any coaching, Internship etc., So for this reason you can pick VR Siddhartha.

As Rvr is in outskirts of Guntur,it has the problems like transport,hostel etc., Rvr is best in terms of Infrastructure, Hostel etc., If you don't care about these things like coaching, internship,any trainings then you prefer Rvrjc.
