In 2019 a candidate with 634 marks belonging to general category secured seat in Grant Medical College sir JJ group  of Hospitals, Mumbai Under 70% state quota and candidate with 603 marks belonging to general category secured seat in the same under 30% rest of Maharashtra. So you need to score 634 or above to have decent chances of getting a seat. But cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease slighlty.
