Their is no such criteria for English paper so there is no such hard and fast condition for it. You can appear for the NEET paper.

Eligibility criteria for general category in NEET is 50% in PCB,for SC/St/obc candidate is 40% in PCB,for general PH is 55% in PCB.i hope this information helps you.
