Hi, so basically the salary of government medical college resident doctor's salary ranges from 9 Lakh per annum to 14 Lakh per annum.

One who have completed 3 years of junior residency with MD/MS/DNB as their post-graduation degree can become Senior Resident Doctor(SR).

Any MBBS degree holder with 3 years of experience as junior resident in particular department can also become a senior resident.

Hope this is helpful.
