As per the previous year IIT JAM Opening & closing rank , Your chances are getting high of IIT Jodhpur, IIT Patna, IIT(ISM) Dhanbad with 400 rank. But, op & cl rank can vary this year. So, it is difficult to say which IITs will accept 400 rank in chemistry.
