SABAIEE does offer aeronautical engineering. Which state do you belong to? See Satyabhama is in Tamilnadu so TNEA should be the pathway for Govt institutes in the state. However how many offer aeronautical is to checked. Let me know which state you belong to and we can work out the list of colleges from there.
