You can't get any scholarship with 74% , I am sorry to say.

But there are various scholar related exams which for some colleges are the entrance test.

Your marks make you ineligible for INSPIRE scholarship but if you get good marks in your bachelor level and your in mathematics or applied science then you can try for the INSPIRE scholarship.
