You have not mentioned any particular scholarship you are talking about. You should mention a detailed query so I can answer your query. There are various scholarships granted to students who meet the eligibility criteria by concerned government/institute who is providing the scholarship.

In your case since you are a resident of UP, the government is providing scholarship to students who belong financial weaker section. The scholarship is provided at various level from pre metric to post metric degree programme and even to those who are studying in any other part of the country.

The application process for the 11th and 12th students started from 08th July and will last till 07th November for 2021-2022 session. You can register for the scholarship online by visiting SAKSHAM portal.
