There are no UP scholarships for students after 12th in merit! but there are scholarships which are national wise after 12th they are,

1. Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Professional and Technical Courses CS 

2. Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students

3. Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana 

The given scholarships are for UP students but not through merit,

1. Post matric (Other Than Intermediate) Scholarship for OBC, Uttar Pradesh

2. Scholarship for ST, SC, General Category, Uttar Pradesh
