i am sorry to inform you that you cannot get into Banda University of Agriculture and technology (BUAT) because the admission done here are on the basis of Uttar Pradesh Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test (UPCATET). This exam is conducted every year and admissions are done on the basis of merit list prepared by them.

So you cannot get into BUAT unless you appear in this exam.
