After BSc Honors in Physics you can go for highr studies (PhD)

You can do BEd and go into teaching. 

You can do your Mtech or if you wish to go abroad, you can do your MS.

If you wish to work then you can work as a scientific assistant at Government owned research centres.

after Bsc in Physics (hons) you can do your MSc or MPhil then go into aviation industry or get into cryptography or radiology or powergenerating companies, etc.
