With 103 score and the rank of 5344 in category, in BHU UET 2019 for the B.com(h) course, I'm afraid, you won't be able to get admission. The cut off rank if extends way too much will be around 2500 only. For cut off rank to be reached to 5344, that too in the category, it has to be something very dramatic dip in the cut off, practically which doesn't seem much possible.
