According to previous year closing ranks, 

For MBBS at Government Medical Colleges in Delhi, you need to score at least near to 612 marks in NEET UG which was the last year cutoff at NDMC Medical College, Delhi and Dr. B.S.A. Medical College, Delhi (614). 

For BDS at Government Dental Colleges in Delhi, you need to score at least near to 539 marks in NEET UG which was the last year cutoff at ESIC Dental College, New Delhi.
