With a score of 377, you are highly unlikely to get an MBBS seat even through Tamil Nadu state quota in genral category.

Government colleges in Tamil Nadu require significantly higher marks for admission.

You can instead apply for other allied medical courses like BDS, Paramedical courses AYUSH like BAMS, BHMS.

With 377 marks in NEET 2025, getting an MBBS seat under the state government quota of Tamilnadu is not possible even for reserved categories.In recent years,the minimum cutoff are ranging above 400 even for reserved categories. Government colleges of Tamilnadu have high competition and limited seats,so your score falls short.You can consider private medical colleges under Management quota or allied health science courses as alternatives
