Maybe yes. The last year least cutoff for Bihar state general caregory was in Shri Krishna Medical College, Muzzafarpur which was 533 marks equivalent to an AIQ rank of 11253. Even Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya and Darbhanga Medical College, Laheriasarai had cutoff 533 marks equivalent to an AIR around 11250.

Better don't compare with the marks since the cutoffs have went drastically high this year. And even don't compare with the AIR as well. Compare with the State Merit Rank and then things will be clear to you.
