dear candidate,

You can add courses or colleges only before 1st Round.Later you can only modify the list (change priority or delete).For 2nd Round , You won't be allowed for option Entry and you can add new course or college which was not present during 1st Round i.e.,newly added course/college.Only Modifying the list is allowed.
