it's all depends on some factors like difficulty level of paper and no of aspirants,internal or external status and any other catogory etc but mainly cutoff goes upto 70% and you can hope to get admission if you score near it.

As you belong to Muslim religion you will come under minority religion, there are some of the good college which have minority reservation, you can opt to those also you come under obc category which is again plus point. All the best Anwar.
