See, separate counselling of colleges are not available. Some colleges wants the students to register before sitting for the central or state counselling process.

But no separate counselling is done. Either counselling is done centrally or through state authorities.

In Delhi, state body organises counselling process but some colleges require you to register once before counselling as well like IPU.
